Signing in
Problems signing in
If signing in to Secure Digital Storage does not work as expected, it is usually due to one of the following causes.
Before you go through the individual points: check in the App Store or Google Play whether an update for Secure Digital Storage is available and install it. That solves many problems by itself.
“No access yet”
Section titled ““No access yet””The app shows “No access yet – You are not registered with any provider.” Signing in itself worked, but the app cannot find a membership with a provider for your e-mail address.
Check that you are using the same e-mail address you gave when you registered with your provider. If you use a different address, add the right identity in the menu under “Manage identities”. If that does not help, contact your provider.
“Please enter a valid e-mail address”
Section titled ““Please enter a valid e-mail address””Check the spelling of your e-mail address, for example for missing dots or spaces.
The code does not arrive or is not accepted
Section titled “The code does not arrive or is not accepted”Also look in your spam folder. The code has six digits. If you requested a code several times, use the one from the most recent e-mail. If it has expired, request a new one.
Too many attempts in a short time
Section titled “Too many attempts in a short time”sedisto limits how often you can request and enter codes. Wait a moment and try again.
Your account is blocked
Section titled “Your account is blocked”You cannot sign in with a blocked account, and you cannot unblock it yourself. Contact your provider first, then sedisto, as described under Get help.
Wrong region
Section titled “Wrong region”If the region at the bottom of the sign-in screen does not match your provider, the app cannot find your access. Select the correct region and sign in again.
