How do I delete my account?

You can delete your Secure Digital Storage account at any time, in the app or via our website. The account and all data connected to it are then deleted irrevocably.

In the app

1. Open the menu and tap “Manage identities”.
2. Tap the trash icon next to your identity.
3. Choose “Delete your account” and confirm.

The app needs an internet connection for this.

Without the app

If you have already deleted the app or no longer have a suitable phone, request deletion at sedisto.com/en/mobile-app-request-deletion. Enter the e-mail address you used to sign in to the app.

What deletion means

Your rental agreement remains

Deletion only affects your account in the app. Your rental agreement and your data with your provider are not affected. If you want to be deleted there as well, contact your provider.

After deletion you can no longer open doors, neither with the app nor with your access code at the keypad. For new access, contact your provider.

If you only want to remove one of several identities from the app, choose “Remove identity” in the same dialog. The account then remains, and you can add the identity again later.
